Since we launched around five months ago, we’ve emphasised our ethos of being slow, mindful, and intentional.
This is reflected in the upcoming new section on our website, The Imperfect Sale.
Launching this weekend, just as the rush of Black Friday sales begins, is a conscious choice that echos our ethos.
As a small brand, each piece shipped out is examined by a human for imperfections. We prioritise customer satisfaction and want every order to serve utility and joy.
Every now and then, we find an imperfect piece. Imperfections could mean, a scratch, a mark, a slight dent etc. These products are in perfectly usable condition albeit with an imperfection. Some may even take joy in these (read kintsugi).
Rather than having these products end in a landfill, we are adding a new section of imperfect items on our website at a flat price. The customers get a discounted price and a (k)nearly perfect product.
At Kneatly, we are mindful of the products we bring out and intentional in our approach to selling and buying.
We refuse to partake in the mindless overconsumption of Black Friday, and take delight in serving our customers one joyful order at a time.
